Class cancellations

The time before class when a member can cancel, and whether a timely cancellation returns a credit or payment, are studio settings that have not yet been selected. The booking service will not treat an unset cutoff as a confirmed policy.

Studio cancellations

If Jijivisha cancels a class, the studio's confirmed refund or credit option will be communicated directly to affected members.

UPI payment verification and refunds

UPI payments remain pending until the studio checks the transaction ID against its bank or UPI statement. If a payment is received but a class place has expired or the purchase cannot be provided, contact the studio. The studio will arrange any approved UPI refund with the member and share the refund reference; transfer timing depends on the member's bank.

Memberships and class passes

Pass validity, class credit limits, and renewal dates are clearly displayed before checkout. Contact the studio team if you need guidance with your practice enrollment.
