Using the platform

You can use the Jijivisha website to learn about classes, create a member account and, when enabled, book sessions or purchase passes. Please provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in email secure.

Bookings and payment

For UPI purchases, the website shows the studio payment QR and exact amount. After paying in a UPI app, submit its transaction ID. The booking or pass remains pending until the studio verifies the payment, and it becomes active only after approval. Keep the payment confirmation until the studio completes its review.

Memberships

Memberships purchased through the current flow do not charge automatically. To renew, scan the UPI QR, pay the displayed amount and submit the transaction ID. The studio reviews each renewal before extending the membership period. The renewal frequency, cancellation process, benefits and any limits are shown in the purchase details.

Class changes

Class times, teachers and locations may change. If the studio changes or cancels a confirmed class, members will receive an update using the contact details on their account and the studio's published remedy will apply.

Studio details and policies

Studio address, cancellation windows, refund or credit rules, class conduct and accessibility information are still being configured. These terms should be completed with the studio's verified operator details and reviewed before public launch.
